Tiffany Carver-O’Malley grew up in Bear, Delaware, and graduated from the University of Delaware in December 2002. Tiffany earned her real estate license in early 2003, and put her new marketing degree to immediate use building her business with RE/MAX.Tiffany is a perfectionist—a quality she uses as a positive for the benefit of her clients. She also employs her excellent listening skills to determine her clients’ needs and desires in a home, thus insuring that their time together is efficiently and effectively spent. Tiffany is actively involved in the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Foundation, which serves the needy in Sussex County. She lives in Milton with her husband, Joe, and their daughter, Madilynne.
A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Georgiann Little graduated from Overlea Senior High, and is a life-long Orioles fan. She spent her first career in the beauty industry before moving to Delaware and becoming a REALTOR® in 2001. Georgiann joined the RE/MAX family in 2004.With nearly a decade of experience in Sussex County real estate, Georgiann has a thorough knowledge of the Southern Delaware residential market, and has built a strong referral business. Georgiann is known for being thorough and meticulous in handling the details of a sale, paving the way to a successful settlement. At the same time, Georgiann is gifted with tremendous customer service skills, which serve to put her clients at ease and allow them to enjoy the process of buying a home.
Each fall, Georgiann can be found giving time and energy to the annual Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Foundation Auction. She lives in Millsboro with her family and enjoys family time and travel.
