One of the older communities in North Bethany, Tower Shores is a mixture of townhomes and duplexes and contains only a few single family homes. In the past decade many of the homes have been re-modeled and new duplexes have been built. Adjacent to vistas of the State Park and with beautiful beaches, the community also boasts a local diner along Route 1 – a favorite for breakfast and casual dining.
