The Villages of Old Landing is made up of two neighborhoods; one on either side of Old Landing Road, and about 5 miles to the Rehoboth Boardwalk.  The original phase is on the North side; the second phase is on the South and called The Meadows at Old Landing.  Both neighborhoods are graced with beautiful common areas, including large ponds with fountains to circulate the water and swimming pools as well as homes which reflect pride of ownership.  The Meadows has a community lot for storing boats and RV’s which is screened from view with lovely landscaping.  The Villages of Old Landing is a beautiful place to call home!
