Debbie Reed early on learned the importance of hard work, customer service and paying attention to the details, while helping to raise her six brothers and sisters and working along side her parents in the family’s pharmacy business in Wilmington, Delaware.
Building on these early lessons, after moving to Rehoboth Beach, Debbie became a successful retail entrepreneur. She also partnered with her husband, Bob Reed, in designing and building one or two custom spec homes a year and soon saw the great potential in the real estate market in this prosperous resort town with its remarkable variety of waterfront homes, luxury real estate, beach condos and ocean front town homes.
After becoming a Licensed Delaware Real Estate Agent, Debbie eventually joined her brother-in-law’s new RE/MAX franchise and soon began The Debbie Reed Team, which has grown to include fourteen individuals, most of them Licensed Delaware Realtors, as well as administrative assistants, a full time settlement specialist and an advertising manager.
Success has also brought cherished acknowledgements from the RE/MAX organization. Debbie has frequently ranked among the top 100 RE/MAX teams in the United States – nationally and regionally – as well as in the top 100 teams worldwide. She is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the Chairman’s Club and the prestigious Circle of Legends. Among Delaware real estate professionals, Debbie is an acknowledged area expert in waterfront properties, luxury & beach homes and condos, and virtually every other type of real estate in Rehoboth Beach and the surrounding areas.

His experience as a builder benefits the team as his extensive knowledge of construction, home repair, and maintenance serves our clients every day. Bob's knowledge of county and city building and zoning regulations is often valuable to our customers, as Sussex County is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation.
Cyndi acts as a liaison between the sellers' and potential buyers', communicating with both parties on a regular basis to keep the seller informed of any changes to their property and/or the market.
When a seller's property goes under contract, Cyndi is up-to-date on each transaction and available to assist throughout the cycle of the transaction, every step of the way. Cyndi walks the sale through to settlement, taking care that all of the details necessary to complete the process are facilitated in a timely manner.

In her role as Marketing Director for the Debbie Reed Team, she is responsible for creating and coordinating each stage of the marketing process. Ashlee works in conjunction with the Team Advertising Manager to ensure that each property is presented in the best possible light and to determine the most effective means of marketing each property. Properties often require unique marketing techniques. Ashlee spends much of her day writing marketing plans and promotional blitzes, as well as creating and monitoring marketing strategies. Her creativity, energy and enthusiasm are a welcome asset to the Team.
Additionally, Ashlee assumes responsibility for providing customer care to many of the Teams' listings. She has a genuine interest in working with and helping people through the process of selling their property. Her objective is to make each transaction as easy and stress free as possible. Ashlee takes a proactive approach to identifying and forecast customer’s needs. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the market and reacts quickly to keep her sellers well positioned. In spite of her tender age, she is already a skilled negotiator and communicator.
Marilynn Kuebler is a Buyer Specialist with the Debbie Reed Team joining RE/MAX Realty Group in 2004 with a background in education and marketing. Raised in the

Dianne listens carefully to her clients' needs and then works hard to help insure that their dreams at the beach are fulfilled. Dianne is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).

Karen is a lifelong Delaware resident. Born and raised in Wilmington, she moved to Lewes in 2000 with her husband and 3 children. She loves summers at the beach! Most weekends, you can usually find her at Cape Henlopen State Park with friends and family.
Karen brings over 19 years experience in the financial services industry to The Debbie Reed Team. In her role as Office Coordinator, Karen is responsible for a diverse array of tasks such as accounts payable, customer correspondence, office equipment and coordinating REALTOR licensing. She also assists the listing department with customer care and will greet you with a smile as she is usually the first point of contact for the team.
