Bob was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in Rehoboth Beach from the young age of three. For 20 years prior to joining the team, Bob was a custom homebuilder, known for quality and attention to detail. Bob became a REALTOR® in 1997.

His experience as a builder benefits the team as his extensive knowledge of construction, home repair, and maintenance serves our clients every day. Bob's knowledge of county and city building and zoning regulations is often valuable to our customers, as Sussex County is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation.

Ashlee, a native of Rehoboth Beach, joined the team as a licensed REALTOR® in 2004 and became and Associate Broker in 2010. As Debbie's daughter, she grew up immersed in the real estate industry and quickly assimilated a head for business.

As a Buyer's Agent for the Debbie Reed Team, Ashlee works exclusively with Buyers to help them find the perfect property. She has a genuine interest in working with and helping people through the process of finding their dream home. Her objective is to make each transaction as easy and stress free as possible. Ashlee takes a proactive approach to identifying and forecast customer’s needs. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the market and reacts quickly to keep her buyers well positioned. She prides herself on being a skilled negotiator and communicator and is also crosstrained in the listing department.

Cyndi, a lifetime resident of the area, gained her real estate license in 2003. Cyndi's goal, as Team Manager, is to provide excellent customer care, consistency, and focus in the process of selling your home and or business. She meets with sellers to discuss and explain the listing process. Once the property is listed, Cyndi works with the Listing Coordinators in expediting every detail and correspondence so that your home or business will get the best possible price in the shortest possible timeframe.

Cyndi acts as a liaison between the sellers and potential buyers, communicating with both parties on a regular basis to keep the seller informed of any changes to their property and/or the market.

When a seller's property goes under contract, Cyndi is up-to-date on each transaction and available to assist throughout the cycle of the transaction, every step of the way. Cyndi walks the sale through to settlement, taking care that all of the details necessary to complete the process are facilitated in a timely manner.

Amy is a Rehoboth native and Debbie's sister as well as Debbie's right hand. Amy relocated back to the area from Los Angeles in 2004. A graduate of New York University, Amy has worked extensively in the entertainment industry – as a television writer for Disney, and Affiliate Relations Representative for Fox Broadcasting and Marketing Director for the Hollywood Creative Directory.

As a REALTOR®, Amy works with our many repeat clients to find them property to fit their ever-changing needs. She is also crosstrained in the listing department and is available to assist throughout the cycle of the transaction, every step of the way, to ensure every detail is in place.

Sandra Jefferson joined The Debbie Reed Team with 26 years' experience already as a REALTOR®, all in the Rehoboth Beach area. Sandra grew up in Laurel, Delaware and graduated from The University of Delaware with a degree in textiles and design.  She then earned her real estate license in 1985 and joined the RE/MAX family in 1997.  Sandra knows Sussex County! She puts her vast knowledge and experience to work helping her clients find and purchase the property that best suits their needs under the best possible terms.  When asked what keeps her interested in real estate, Sandra says "We live in this little town in this small county, but as a REALTOR®, I get to meet people from all over, which continually expands my world view.  Many of these clients grow to become friends." Sandra's other interests include travel, golf, gardening and entertaining.

Kathy is originally from New Castle County, Delaware. She had spent the last 35 years vacationing in the Rehoboth Beach area and decided to make the beach her home. Her two children have attended schools in the Cape Henlopen School District where they have thrived and enjoyed sports and academics. Kathy spent several years working in new home sales for a custom home builder in Lewes. She thoroughly enjoyed helping clients go from blue prints to finished product. She joined RE/MAX in 2009 and now specializes in residential sales which includes servicing both buyers and sellers. Her love and knowledge of the area ensures her clients will receive outstanding service as well as having all the tools and information they need to make well informed decisions. Her goal is to make the process as worry free and streamlined as possible.

Beth is a Delaware native.  She was born in Rehoboth Beach, reared in New Castle and returned to Coastal Delaware in 1985.  Beth earned her real estate license in 2007, and serves as the team's Settlement and Listing Coordinator.  Communicating with sellers, agents, lenders, appraisers, lawyers and contractors on all aspects of selling and buying a home is just one of Beth's specialties.  She makes sure all of the pieces come together for closing.  Prior to contract, Beth works with our Listing Team to polish the listing and put it in the best light possible for a buyer.

Dianne moved to Rehoboth Beach in 2003 and still marvels at the beauty of Coastal Delaware and its friendly people.  A licensed REALTOR® and published author, Dianne works with our Listing Team in coordinating all of the marketing and advertising for the listings, including the website presence and newspaper advertising.  Dianne also works with sellers, striving to make every step of the sales process as stress-free as possible.  She listens carefully to our sellers' needs, and then works hard to help insure that their goals of selling are reached.
