"It is with great pleasure that I write a review for April Green-Kastor..
My husband and I were looking for a house in Delaware for a second home to be near my older sister. My mom and younger sister passed away last year.
April was so diligent sending us homes over the internet daily as new houses became available. As we talked April pick up likes and dislikes of what we wanted in a home.
The real estate market was very hot with bidding wars. April found us a house that we really liked. We made an offer along with three other people. The bidding was tough but with April’s professional expertise, we were successful buying the house.
To make it even more challenging we did everything 3000 miles away and never saw the house in person until closing. April took videos and pictures of every detail that she knew we would want to see. April’s communication skills are excellent! She even found us a painter!
Henry and I have a lot of experienced with buying and selling homes. April Green-Kastor went beyond the call of duty as a professional realtor.
We were so excited to meet April to tell her how thankful we were for her hard work and kindness. She is like my Angel who made everything possible.
