Regina Lundeen has been working in the local real estate market since 2000 using technology to aid sellers and buyers. Regina has the ability to recognize what new technology will work in real estate and the determination to figure out how to use it to make Debbie’s listings stand apart. As a listing coordinator, she assists with listing properties, communicating with sellers and negotiating contracts.

Regina lives in Lewes with her husband, Jeff and daughter, Ruby. Besides being a licensed REALTOR and e-Pro certified, Regina teaches introductory computer classes at Delaware Technical and Community College.
