Rehoboth Crossing

Rehoboth Crossing caters to those who want the classic coastal stress-free lifestyle. Along with the low-maintenance townhouses, residents enjoy a pool and a clubhouse with an equipped fitness center and an activity/gathering room with a full kitchen. Rehoboth Crossing has it all. Not only are these townhomes in Rehoboth east of Route 1, but they’re also within biking and walking distance from the Gordons Pond section of Cape Henlopen State Park, downtown Rehoboth Beach and the many restaurants and stores that line Route 1.

The major attractions are easily accessed from Rehoboth Crossing. Fork and Flask at Nage, an award-winning restaurant just up the street, is next to the popular Touch of Italy. Blue Coast Seafood Grill and Raw Bar, Iron Hill Brewery, Chaps, and Fresh Market, Outback Steakhouse and CVS are all within walking distance. The Tanger outlets run down Route 1. Take your choice of bargains.

Since Rehoboth Crossing is off an access road that runs along Route 1, you can peddle the back roads into downtown Rehoboth and bypass the busy 1A exit. Grab a craft beer at Revelations or Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats ¬– which have become destinations as the beach itself.

Located next to the Junction and Breakwater Trail that runs between Lewes and Rehoboth. Part of Cape Henlopen State Park, the trail is popular among joggers, walkers and bicyclists.
