This small gem of a neighborhood is so close to all in-town attractions and includes only 3 streets: Terrace Road, Martin Streeet and Robinson Drive. It is bordered by the lovely Silver Lake to the east, and Rt. 1 to the north. The homes on Martin Street boast back yards that overlook the lake, and the whole neighborhood is graced by large trees and mature landscaping. This area is not incorporated into the village of Rehoboth Beach, so Rehoboth rental licenses would not be required; property owners pay only county taxes, and are subject only to county setback restrictions rather than the more stringent city building codes.
